What is Semax?
Semax is a ACTH(4-10) analog studied for cognitive and neuroprotective research. In July 2026, FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended it for the 503A bulks list. A recommendation is advice to FDA. It is not listing, not rulemaking, and not a vial we can send.
How people usually take it. Not orderable today. No RE GEN Semax nasal or injectable.
Interest is not a result. We keep the research language and skip the miracle.

PCAC recommended six peptides, including Semax. Emideltide (DSIP) was not recommended. None of the six became compoundable the next morning.

If FDA places Semax on the 503A bulks list and the other gates are clear, we will add it with its basis — not before.
A note on honesty: we will tell you what the literature supports and what it does not. Animal data is not a human guarantee. Anecdotes are not trials.
Semax has a preclinical neurobiology literature.
Human studies exist, especially outside U.S. commercial channels. PCAC review is not the same as FDA listing.
Legal basis at RE GEN · July 2026

Peptide education for Illinois patients at RE GEN in Oswego — not a substitute for a visit.
A peptide studied in cognitive and neuroprotective research. PCAC recommended it for the 503A bulks list in July 2026. Not orderable yet.
Semax is not FDA-approved, and RE GEN does not have a lawful §503A pathway to request it as a compounded medication today. A committee vote is not approval.
You can start a visit to talk about your goal. We will not compound Semax today. We will show you what is carried instead — and we will say no rather than gray-market a vial.
Committees recommend. FDA lists — after rulemaking. A vote is not a vial.
No. Educational pages explain why people ask and what the research landscape looks like. Individual response varies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and a request is not a guaranteed prescription.
