Own-GH signaling
People ask for sermorelin when they want a GHRH analog rather than a GHRP that we cannot compound, or rather than GH replacement itself.

What is Sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It is a fragment of the native GHRH sequence and has an approved-drug-component history. RE GEN requests it as a sterile injection (and other routes when prescribed) because a documented §503A basis exists — and because patients actually use it.
How people usually take it. Injection 1 and 1.5 mg/mL; sublingual troches, RDTs, and triturates when prescribed.
Interest is not a result. We keep the research language and skip the miracle.

GH physiology touches sleep architecture, recovery, and body composition. Conversations are not outcomes.

Sterile injection is the backbone. Needle-free forms exist when a clinician chooses them.
A note on honesty: we will tell you what the literature supports and what it does not. Animal data is not a human guarantee. Anecdotes are not trials.
GHRH analog physiology is described in animal GH-axis models.
Sermorelin has a clinical history as a diagnostic and therapeutic GHRH analog. Compounded preparations are still not FDA-approved finished products by default.

Peptide education for Illinois patients at RE GEN in Oswego — not a substitute for a visit.
A GHRH analog that signals the pituitary to release growth hormone. It is RE GEN’s most-requested peptide when a clinician decides it fits.
Compounded sermorelin is not an FDA-approved finished drug. When RE GEN can request it, it is because a documented §503A basis exists for that bulk substance or an approved-drug component — and a licensed Illinois clinician still has to decide it is appropriate for you.

No. Those do not have a lawful pathway here. Sermorelin is the GHRH analog we can actually discuss as a compounded request.
No. Educational pages explain why people ask and what the research landscape looks like. Individual response varies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and a request is not a guaranteed prescription.
