What is BPC-157 (injectable)?
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic 15–amino-acid sequence related to a gastric protein fragment. It has been studied — mostly in animals — for soft-tissue repair, gut lining models, and recovery from injury or training stress. RE GEN will explain that science and still will not compound it until FDA creates a lawful §503A basis.
How people usually take it. Not orderable as an injectable or oral from RE GEN today. Research shops and “clinic vials of uncertain origin” are not a workaround we will use.
Interest is not a result. We keep the research language and skip the miracle.

Animal research has examined BPC-157 in muscle, tendon, ligament, and bone-adjacent models. Proposed ideas include angiogenesis and growth-factor signaling at an injury site. Human evidence is limited. That is the honest paragraph.

The gastric origin story is why oral BPC-157 gets asked about for gut-focused goals. Oral and injectable share the same bulk-eligibility problem today.

Athletes ask about training stress, nagging injuries, and post-procedure recovery. We frame BPC-157 as a researched question, not a treatment we can send.

The bulk of BPC-157 literature is preclinical — largely rodent models of tendon, muscle, gut, and vascular injury.
Published human trials are limited. Case reports and clinic anecdotes are not randomized trials. Long-term human safety databases are small.

BPC-157 is not FDA-approved. It has no lawful §503A pathway at RE GEN today. FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended it for the 503A bulks list on July 23, 2026. PCAC only advises. Listing still needs FDA action and rulemaking. The “essentially a copy” gate would still apply later. We add on confirmation, not on a vote.
